When things aren’t working break your pattern. Change your physiology! To change your state.
Without Resistance there is no growth.
A bodybuilder doesn’t grow until he reaches the point of fatigue, such is life.
Repetition is the mother of skill.
Thinking is the process of asking and answering questions to yourself.
If you want something better in life/a better answer to life ask better Questions
